To convert the existing educational institutions in the province into real seats and abodes of learning by transforming teachers and academic managers into forward-looking change agents through consistent, innovative, and strategic training interventions.
Functions
To bring qualitative improvement to the educational standards of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by creating, developing, and delivering continuous professional development opportunities and support services for teachers and academic managers. This includes designing and implementing:
Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
Induction Program (IP) for newly recruited teachers
Leadership & Management capacity-building initiatives
Early Childhood Education (ECE) training and support
Primary Teacher Certificate (PTC)–related professional development activities
These efforts aim to promote innovative teaching practices, strengthen school leadership, ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of professional development interventions, and foster a culture of lifelong learning across the province.
